  • Prepare documentation and handover materials to support future data standardization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in people data, HR technology, HRIS, data governance, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Experience working with multiple HR systems and an understanding of how platforms integrate and exchange data.
  • Familiarity with employee data across recruiting, compensation, performance management, or other HR functions.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and organize complex information.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, or maintaining data inventories.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently on hands-on projects.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SQL, Databricks, or data cataloging tools.
  • Exposure to data mapping, system integrations, or data governance initiatives.
  • Experience within financial services or another complex, global organization.
