Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise and hands-on experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale Healthcare Payer delivery portfolios across development, maintenance, production support, and managed services.
- Manage SLA-driven, outcome-based engagements and multi-million-dollar programs.
- Oversee FACETS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
- Drive delivery governance, budgeting, resource planning, KPIs, and operational excellence.
- Manage client relationships, executive stakeholders, risks, and distributed onshore/offshore teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Healthcare Payer domain and TriZetto FACETS expertise.
- Strong knowledge of claims processing, enrollment, billing, provider, and network management.
- Proven experience in AMS, managed services, production support, and application development.
- Expertise in portfolio management, financial governance, and SLA-driven delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
