We are looking for a Senior Delivery Manager with 15+ years of IT experience, strong Healthcare Payer domain expertise, and extensive TriZetto FACETS experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale Healthcare Payer delivery portfolios.
- Manage FACETS implementations, upgrades, development, and production support.
- Oversee SLA-driven engagements, budgets, resources, and delivery governance.
- Manage client relationships, escalations, and distributed onshore/offshore teams.
- Drive operational excellence and digital transformation.
Must-Have Skills:
- 15+ years of IT experience.
- Strong Healthcare Payer and TriZetto FACETS expertise.
- Experience in Claims, Enrollment, Billing, and Provider Management.
- Large program / portfolio and Managed Services delivery experience.
- Strong client management, financial governance, and SLA management.
Ideal Candidate: A senior delivery leader with extensive Healthcare Payer and FACETS experience who can manage large, multi-million-dollar programs end to end.
