About the role
Head of Finance (CFO pathway) | Multi-product FinTech | NYC
5 days onsite, Midtown Manhattan
~$350k basic (depending on experience) + equity + wider package
Talentedge have been exclusively engaged by a market-leading multi-product FinTech scaleup on their #1 in finance opportunity.
As the firms' Head of Finance (CFO track), you will work closely with the CEO and COO to drive forward continued international scale, as one of the world's fastest growing companies.
Key responsibilities to include:
- Continue to evolve an AI -forward finance / accounting / tax function
- Own the Big 4 audit
- Lead on pricing of new products and services both across B2C and B2B channels as well as geographical expansion
- Alongside CEO, drive M&A activities & corporate transactions
- Own all external relationships (partners / investors / banking/ auditors)
Candidate profile:
- Strong academic background - High GPA from a top 20 college
- Consulting (MBB) / IB (bulge bracket) + PE / VC + operator experience in a rapid-scale multi-product scaleup (regulated pre-IPO is advantageous however non-essential)
- Experienced people leader (not manager)
- Established and credible business partner who is able to advise, challenge and influence
- AI-forward approach with a strong data understanding (data lakes and warehouses)
