General Manager – The Salt Line Bethesda (Long Shot Hospitality)

We’re looking for a General Manager with a strong background in high-volume service and a genuine passion for hospitality to help lead the team at one of the area's most celebrated seafood restaurants.
Who We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a skilled and motivated hospitality professional with:
✔ 1–2 years of General Manager experience
✔ A collaborative and team-oriented leadership style
✔ A track record of providing memorable guest experiences
✔ Experience in high-volume and fast-paced environments
✔ Excellent organizational, communication, and coaching skills
✔ Enthusiasm for seafood, spirits, and warm, genuine hospitality
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a leadership role, brings positivity to the workplace, and is eager to grow with a dynamic and expanding restaurant group.
About The Salt Line Bethesda:
Opened in July 2023, The Salt Line Bethesda has become a beloved neighborhood destination, known for its lively raw bar, creative cocktails, and New England-meets-Chesapeake approach to seafood. Building on the success of our original DC location across from Nationals Park, the Bethesda outpost has earned praise from both critics and locals for its high standards, warm energy, and consistently excellent food and drink.
