How to prepare your application
- Check your résumé against the listed skills (General Manager, Business Unit Manager and Product Line Manager) and give each one a concrete example: what you built or achieved, not just that you used it.

- For remote roles, show that you communicate clearly in writing and can work without close supervision.
Apply only on Dataiku's own site. A genuine employer never asks candidates for money, deposits or bank details to apply, interview or “secure” a job. If something looks wrong, use Report a problem with this listing and we will review it. Read how we check listings.
About the role
Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, the enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI. In a single environment, teams design and operate analytics, machine learning, and AI agents with the transparency, collaboration, and control enterprises require. Sitting above data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI services, Dataiku connects the full enterprise AI stack - empowering organizations to run AI across multi-vendor environments with centralized governance.
The world’s leading companies rely on Dataiku to operationalize AI and run it as a true business performance engine delivering measurable value. For more, visit the Dataiku blog, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Dataiku is the enterprise AI platform used by 25% of the Fortune 500. Since June 2026, we have priced our new products on credits. The opportunity now is larger: expand credits across the platform, bring partners and a broader set of technologies onto them, and build a real credit economy that gives customers optionality and control over how they use and pay for AI.
How you’ll make an impact
You will be the single-threaded owner of this new business: one revenue number, one plan, and the mandate to get product, engineering, sales, finance, marketing, and partners working to that plan. AI economics are still to be invented, and you will write the playbook for it.
You will report to the CEO and co-founder and work with the CTO and co-founder. You will have no direct reports. Owners in Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Marketing stay in their teams, are accountable to you for this business, and meet in one recurring forum you run to review pipeline, launches, and blockers and leave with decisions.
You own the strategy for this business: where to play first, how to package and price it, and how fast to grow it. You share responsibility for a number with the sales leadership.
In your first year, you will:
- Make credits the favorite way customers commit to Dataiku.
- Build the partner ecosystem around credits: business development with infrastructure and software vendors.
- Align the company around credits: product strategy and roadmap with the CPO and CTO, so new capabilities are built, packaged, and metered for consumption; the credit story with the CMO; and sales incentives with the CRO.
- Give customers and account teams usage reporting they act on.
What you’ll need to be successful
- You have built an enterprise software business on consumption or usage-based pricing, including the billing, revenue recognition, and compensation it required.
- You know how to build a plan to scale a business from zero to $100M, and you have carried the revenue number for one: a product line, a business unit, a new market, or a company you founded.
- You get teams working toward one business goal, and you have results to show for it.
- You build the financial model yourself and can explain the product to a CIO.
- You decide fast on incomplete information, argue in the open (including with the CEO), and change your position when the data calls for it.
- You work AI-native. You use models and agents in your own analysis and operations, and you know how AI is priced and bought: tokens, credits, committed spend.
- You are US-based (or willing to relocate), and ready to travel to customers, partners, and Dataiku offices worldwide.
What are you waiting for!
