About the role
The next $1T company will be a software company masquerading as a services firm.
Don't just take our word for it. YC, Sequoia, A16z are all funding companies in this space, of which insurance brokerages are one the largest markets ($160B TAM).
Sheltra is backed by tier 1 insurance VCs to deliver on that same promise. We're build a generational commercial insurance brokerage.
We've already seen strong traction with medical practices across the US, our first vertical. And are now establishing the founding team.
Founder background (Aqil Rashid):
- 3rd startup in healthcare (prev. longevity company, medical device company)
- Ex-Bain (healthcare consulting)
- Brown undergrad, Wharton MBA dropout
Your role:
- Whatever it takes to connect with medical practices across the US
- Lots and lots of calling practices and setting meetings
- Extreme optimism and agency (you figure out YOUR way to make it happen)
Applying is one step. Find a way to get in touch with the founder and show us how you'd reach out to a prospect. Make it real.
