About the role

Lynora's is a growing family of Italian restaurants across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. We're looking for a proven operator to lead our restaurants through our next stage of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Executive Vice President of Operations & Development is our senior operator: an operator of operators who leads the leaders running our restaurants and is accountable for every location's results. You'll own store operations, training, food and beverage, catering and events, and new store development. This role calls for a real sense of urgency. You'll be in our restaurants every week, spot problems before guests do, make decisions quickly, and follow through until they're fixed.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own location results across sales, guest experience, food and beverage cost, and labor

• Visit every location weekly and hold every General Manager, Kitchen Manager, and supervisor to one standard

• Own all training, front and back of house, including every new store opening, with clear expectations and sign-off before anyone works on their own

• Oversee all food and beverage outside our commissary: menu approval, pricing, beverage programs, purchasing, and vendors

• Direct our catering and events program

• Lead new store development from signed lease to opening day, including our opening playbook and readiness process

• Build the operations budget with our CFO and report results to our Managing Director each month

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 10–15 years of multi-unit, above-store leadership in full-service restaurants

• A proven operator of operators who has led GMs and senior operations leaders, not just a single restaurant

• A strong sense of urgency and a track record of finding problems early and fixing them fast

• Experience building store-level and new-store opening training across multiple locations

• Experience overseeing food and beverage programs, purchasing, cost control, and catering

• Full P&L accountability for multiple locations

• Experience opening multiple new locations during a period of growth is a strong plus

WHY LYNORA'S

You'll join a family-owned company at an exciting point in its growth, with the opportunity to shape how our restaurants run and help build the team, systems, and standards that carry us forward.
