About the role
Entry-Level - BDR / Business Development Representative ( IT)
West Palm Beach, FL - (ON-SITE POSITION) - W2 Fulltime Role.
What you'll do
- Drive 20+ in-person prospect visits per day across Palm Beach and surrounding counties
- Build relationships with HR managers, plant managers, and operations directors at manufacturers, distributors, and 3PLs
- Generate leads, set appointments, and close new IT Consulting / staffing agreements
- Represent Naztec at local business events and industry meetups
What we're looking for
- Hunger to prospect, follow up relentlessly, and close
- Familiarity with the Palm Beach / South Florida business landscape
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
- Strong verbal and written communication — you're the face of the brand
- Backgrounds that stand out: rental car, solar sales, door-to-door sales, competitive athletics
- FIU, FAU passed out graduates .
