Entry Level Marketing Assistant
Location: El Paso, TX (On-site)
Overview: Represent leading telecom brands in the El Paso market, supporting sales and marketing campaigns as you learn the fundamentals of B2C sales — no experience required.
Tierwest is a performance-driven firm based in El Paso, partnering with some of the biggest names in telecommunications to bring their services to market through direct, face-to-face sales and marketing. We're looking for an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team, support our sales campaigns, and help represent leading telecom brands — including B2C accounts — in the local market.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of in-person sales and marketing campaigns for telecom clients
- Engage directly with customers to promote brand offers and services
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up ahead of sales conversations
- Assist with gathering customer feedback and market insights
- Track campaign and sales activity and report results to leadership
Skills You'll Build
Sales support, B2C sales fundamentals, marketing execution, brand representation, customer engagement, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration — a strong foundation for a career in sales, marketing, or brand management.

Pay & Development This role offers weekly pay, with average first-year earnings between $4,800–$5,975 per month, including performance-based bonuses.
