We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Associates. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in sales, customer relations, team leadership, and business development while working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and promotions
- Work closely with team leaders to develop sales, communication, and leadership skills
- Build positive relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions
- Assist with customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Participate in daily training sessions, team meetings, and professional development workshops
- Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and team performance
- Assist in mentoring and supporting newer team members as leadership skills develop

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
