About Legacy Telesales
Legacy Telesales is a remote final expense insurance sales team. We help families protect their loved ones from funeral and end-of-life costs, entirely by phone. Our agents never pay for leads, train every day, and work from anywhere in the U.S.
The Role
You’ll talk with seniors who already want coverage. You’ll help them find a final expense policy that fits their budget and health, and enroll them over the phone. There’s no cold calling, no door-knocking, and no selling to friends and family.
What You Get

What You’ll Do
- Take warm transfers and TV inbound calls, plus work leads in your dialer queue
- Learn each client’s needs, health, and budget, then recommend the right coverage
- Complete applications electronically over the phone
- Attend daily training and keep improving your numbers
- Follow up with clients to keep policies active
What We’re Looking For
- An active life insurance license, or willingness to get licensed within 30 days. We’ll walk you through it.
- Ability to commit 50+ hours per week. This is a full-time career, not a side hustle.
- Availability 8am–7pm ET, Monday–Friday, is highly recommended, since that’s when training runs and call volume peaks. Evenings and weekends are optional.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Coachable, self-motivated, and comfortable with a commission-based income
- Laptop, reliable high-speed internet, headset, and a quiet workspace
- Must reside in the U.S.
No sales experience required. Servers, bartenders, customer service reps, and career changers do well here. If you can hold a conversation and follow a proven process, we’ll teach you the rest.
Compensation
Commission-based. Starting commission is 50%, and some carriers and products pay less. Most products pay a 9-month advance, and some pay less. Renewals start at 1% and go up to 3% of annual premium. Commission levels and advances are subject to change upon notice. Agents work under a signed agent agreement and are captive.
