About the role
Most of your morning is spent reaching out to new contacts and filling the enrollment calendar for the week ahead. By afternoon, you are confirming scheduled sessions and preparing materials so each appointment runs smoothly.
Core responsibilities include:
- Reaching out to prospective clients through outbound calls to schedule benefits enrollment appointments
- Managing a daily calendar of upcoming sessions, confirming times and handling reschedules to keep slots full
- Preparing enrollment materials and client information ahead of each scheduled meeting
- Logging outreach activity and appointment outcomes so the team can track progress accurately
- Partnering with colleagues to hand off prepared clients and maintain a steady enrollment pipeline
