Entry Level Assembly Production – Day Shift
$16/hr | 3- and 4-day work weeks | Day shift | Contract to Perm

Growth: Contract-to-perm with room to move up as you build your skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical and electronic components to specifications and meet daily production goals
- Operate production equipment, including electric hand tools, small overhead cranes, and pallet jacks
- Stand for 8–12 hours depending on schedule, and bend, push, and pull product as needed
- Read and follow all policies and procedures for your assigned workstation
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a physically demanding job (warehouse, construction, manufacturing, landscaping, food service, etc.)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to read and follow manufacturing work instructions with minimal assistance
- Steel-toe boots
- Must pass a background check and drug test
Schedule Options (pick the one that fits your life):
- Option A: 3 or 4 days a week, 12-hour shifts (6:20 AM – 7 PM)
- Rotation 1: Week 1 Sun–Wed, Week 2 Sun–Tue
- Rotation 2: Week 1 Thu–Sat, Week 2 Wed–Sat
- Averages 42 hours/week, with every other week a 3-day week
- Option B: 4 x 10s (6:20 AM – 5 PM)
- Mon–Thu or Tue–Fri, with a 3-day weekend every week
