JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Applications & Master Data Analyst to provide first-line support for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Kyriba, and other related enterprise systems. This role will manage master data requests across Chart of Accounts, suppliers, customers, legal entities, and other data areas while serving as the first point of contact for application support tickets. The analyst will troubleshoot and resolve routine issues, escalate complex problems to external support partners, perform data-quality reviews, and help clean up duplicate or inactive records. This person will also maintain EPM dimensions and hierarchies, support treasury system data and mappings, create and maintain reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and EPM reporting tools, and assist with regression testing for Oracle quarterly updates. Additional responsibilities include developing job aids, training users, supporting SOX compliance and access reviews, tracking service metrics, and recommending process or system improvements to reduce recurring issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Oracle experience, strong data-management skills, and the ability to explain system issues clearly to non-technical users. This person must be willing to work onsite in the New York office. Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 based on experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Oracle EPM Cloud experience, including FCCS or EPBCS. Kyriba or other treasury management system experience. Experience with IT service management/ticketing tools. Exposure to SOX controls and IT general controls. SQL, OTBI, and/or BI Publisher reporting experience. Experience executing test scripts for Oracle quarterly releases.
