Position: Enterprise Application Analyst - JDE
Location: Austin, TX - 100% onsite
Salary: $90-$120K
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
We're hiring an experienced Enterprise Applications Analyst to support and enhance critical business systems across ERP, warehouse operations, integrations, and reporting platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex system issues, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving improvements from concept through implementation.
What You'll Do:
✅ Provide Level 2/3 support for enterprise applications, including ERP, WMS, integrations, and reporting systems
✅ Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
✅ Configure ERP modules and business applications to support operational needs
✅ Support integrations between ERP, warehouse systems, eCommerce platforms, and external partners
✅ Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support business operations
✅ Analyze data to identify discrepancies, trends, and process improvement opportunities
✅ Collaborate with business teams to optimize workflows and improve system utilization
✅ Partner with vendors and developers on specialized support and enhancement initiatives
✅ Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment of system improvements
We're Looking For:
✔️ 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications
✔️ Strong ERP experience (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne preferred)
✔️ Experience supporting warehouse or distribution environments
✔️ Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools
✔️ Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and/or EDI processes
✔️ SQL and data analysis experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams
✔️ Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, lean IT environment
