NOW HIRING – GARLAND, TX

Abundant Solutions is hiring for multiple manufacturing positions in Garland! We are looking for dependable, motivated candidates with electrical, mechanical, construction, or manufacturing experience.


AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Shift A – Monday–Thursday

  • 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Four 10-hour shifts

  • 40 hours per week

Shift B – Friday–Sunday

  • 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM

  • Three 12-hour shifts

  • Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours

OPEN POSITIONS

Electrical Wiring Technician – $20/hr
Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical wiring and assembly of components.

  • Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.

  • Route, connect, terminate, and secure electrical wiring.

  • Use hand tools and basic electrical tools.

  • Inspect completed wiring and assemblies for quality.

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

  • Previous electrical wiring, electrical assembly, or electrical construction experience preferred.

  • Ability to read basic wiring diagrams or schematics.

  • Experience using hand tools.

  • Residential, commercial, industrial, or manufacturing electrical experience is a plus.

  • Electrical Apprentice experience or TDLR Electrical Apprentice certification is a plus.

Mechanical Assembly Technician – $19/hr
Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components and equipment.

  • Use hand and power tools to complete assemblies.

  • Follow drawings, work instructions, and assembly procedures.

  • Measure, align, fasten, and inspect components.

  • Perform quality checks on completed assemblies.

  • Maintain a safe, organized work area and meet production expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred.

  • Experience using hand and power tools.

  • Ability to read basic drawings or assembly instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Candidates with electrical, mechanical, automotive, HVAC, welding, or construction backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
