As the organization continues to scale globally, we are seeking a Director of Software Technical Product Management to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of critical platform commercialization capabilities. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence platform growth, customer experience, monetization strategies, and long-term business outcomes.

Position Summary

The Director of Software Technical Product Management will own the commercialization foundation of a large-scale cloud platform, including identity and access management, security, compliance, entitlements, billing, usage metering, and marketplace integrations.

This leader will define product strategy, establish multi-year roadmaps, and drive execution across a portfolio of foundational platform capabilities that enable customers to securely access, purchase, and consume software services at scale. The role requires close partnership with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Security leadership while leading a team of Technical Product Managers responsible for delivering scalable platform solutions that support continued global growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for commercialization-focused platform services
• Lead product investments across identity management, authentication, authorization, entitlements, billing, usage metering, and compliance capabilities
• Define platform capabilities that support evolving subscription, consumption-based, and marketplace-driven business models
• Partner with engineering leadership on architecture, security, reliability, scalability, and performance initiatives
• Drive the expansion of platform services to support global customers, multiple deployment models, and regional compliance requirements
• Establish success metrics and product telemetry to measure adoption, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Security, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to ensure platform readiness and long-term scalability
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Product Managers while establishing best practices for product management excellence
• Create alignment across stakeholders and effectively communicate strategy, priorities, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of Product Management experience within cloud, platform, SaaS, enterprise software, or infrastructure-focused environments
• 5+ years of experience leading Product Managers or Product Management teams
• Proven experience owning platform products and shared services used by multiple customer-facing applications
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, APIs, security, data management, and software development lifecycles
• Experience building and scaling platform capabilities related to billing, monetization, entitlements, identity management, or governance
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes and product strategy
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consumption-based, usage-based, or subscription monetization models
• Experience with cloud marketplaces and third-party platform integrations
• Background in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, financial services, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology
• Familiarity with GDPR, privacy regulations, compliance frameworks, and enterprise security requirements
• Experience supporting global software platforms deployed across multiple regions
• Strong understanding of cloud storage, cloud compute, and SaaS business models
