About the role
Fort Lauderdale United FC (FTL UTD) is a professional soccer club founded in November 2023 and based in Broward County, Florida. The club fields a women's professional team, is launching a men's team, and is building a multi-sport youth platform across South Florida. We're looking for a marketer who wants to help fill those programs from day one.
The Digital Marketing Manager owns youth registrations from first ad to completed sign-up. You'll run geo-targeted paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok aimed at parents in the neighborhoods around our fields and facilities, across every sport we offer, make the video creative that powers them, and track every dollar to a registration. Outside registration windows, you'll support marketing for our professional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, targeted to parents by ZIP code and radius around training sites
- Shoot, edit and publish short-form video from practices, games, camps and player stories, in English and Spanish
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, UTMs) on our registration platform
- Build retargeting campaigns and email/SMS follow-up for parents who start but don't finish registration
- Report weekly on spend, cost per registration and results by area and program; move budget to what converts
- Plan campaign calendars around registration windows, tryouts and camps
- Support marketing for the women's and men's professional teams outside registration windows
- Coordinate with coaches and staff to capture content and keep program information accurate
Requirements
- 2+ years managing paid social campaigns with your own hands in Meta Ads Manager; TikTok Ads Manager experience strongly preferred
- A track record of lead-generation or sign-up campaigns, with results measured in cost per lead or cost per conversion
- Hands-on experience setting up pixels and conversion tracking
- Comfortable shooting and editing phone video (CapCut, Premiere Rush or similar)
- Working knowledge of ad platform policies on audiences under 18, including targeting parents rather than minors
- Clear written communication and comfort reporting numbers to leadership
- Able to work at fields and events on some evenings and weekends
Preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in youth sports, camps, schools or other family-focused programs
- Familiarity with youth registration platforms such as PlayMetrics, TeamSnap or LeagueApps
- Knowledge of Broward County neighborhoods and communities
- Experience with email/SMS tools and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express)
- A playing or coaching background in youth sports
What success looks like: First 90 days
- Conversion tracking live on the registration platform, with reporting by ZIP code and program
- First geo-targeted campaigns running on Meta and TikTok
- A library of short-form video content ready for each program
- A baseline cost per registration set, to improve on
First year
- Cost per registration falling quarter over quarter
- Registration goals met for each season, with clear data on which areas and ads drove them
- A repeatable campaign playbook for every registration window
How to apply

Include:
1. One paid social campaign you ran yourself: the goal, budget, targeting, and results (cost per lead or conversion)
2. Links to two or three short-form videos you shot or edited
