- Role: Data Analyst
- Conduct moderate to complex operational analyses, working with cross-functional teams to optimize business performance.
- Apply data visualization techniques using Power BI, SQL, Python, and Excel to generate insights from business data.
- Lead process mapping initiatives, ensuring workflows align with business objectives and regulatory compliance.
- Develop cost models and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Synthesize complex operational data, metrics, and trends into concise, executive-ready deliverables for Director and VP-level audiences.
- Gather and connect information across multiple IT operational towers to develop a cohesive view of performance and dependencies.
- Shape the overall leadership narrative by structuring key messages and articulating key takeaways.
- Independently manage assignments from initial information gathering and analysis through to the delivery of a polished, executive-ready product.
