Our team of in-store Technicians keep our customers connected by repairing their electronic devices. You will work inside one of our retail stores and be the face of our in-store operations team while delivering our award-winning personalized customer experience.
We are also hiring for Mobile/Field Technicians who perform We Come To You cell phone repairs

- Breaking stuff in the name of science and repairing things broken!

- Educate customers on Ubreakifix products and the ability to sell!

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Pass a drug and background test
- Experience repairing/troubleshooting electronics, smartphones, PC/MACs and game consoles
- Previous experience working at a retail electronics or phone carrier store
- High School Diploma or GED
