About the role
Central Florida drivers, this one's built for people just starting out: $650 a week while you train, a $1,000 weekly guarantee once you're solo, and home every two weeks.
What You're Signing Up For
- East Coast dry van freight
- Home terminal in Ocala
- About 2,500 miles a week once you're running
Training
- 4 to 6 weeks with an experienced mentor
- $650 weekly
- $300 orientation pay and lodging during orientation
Solo Pay
- $1,000/week guaranteed for 3 months after solo dispatch
- $0.55 per mile starting, a cent more for each year of experience
- Average weekly pay $1,200 to $1,400
- $15 stop pay and performance bonus

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL, 21+, 120+ hours CDL school
- New CDL graduates welcome. Experienced: 6 months OTR in 12 months or 12 months in 5 years
- DD214 considered
- Max 2 moving violations in 2 years, no serious violations in the last 12 months
- No major preventable accidents in 5 years, no DUI/DWI in 5 to 10 years
- Hair and urine drug testing, 3 years verifiable work history
