About the role
Job Description
Job Description
Job Title: Campaign Analytics & Reporting Specialist
Location: Burbank, CA - 91502 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months (Extension Possible)
Pay Range: $40/hr. - $43/hr.
Job Description:
This role supports the internal media buying team with day-to-day campaign reporting, dashboard maintenance, and insight generation across paid media channels. The candidate will maintain and update recurring performance dashboards (Looker, Tableau, or Data Studio) using established templates and pull and organize data from the team's AI analytics platform to support campaign recaps and reporting.
Core responsibilities include producing campaign recaps on a consistent cadence using existing templates, reconciling delivery and spend aProductst media plans, and flagging performance trends or issues that may need attention while campaigns are still live.
The ideal candidate has:
- 3 years prior hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across web and mobile (paid social, programmatic, display, etc.), including familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Kochava, Adjust, or AppsFlyer, giving them the context to understand not just what the numbers show, but why they moved and what likely drove the change from a paid media perspective.
- This role requires the ability to translate data into a clear narrative, going beyond reporting what happened to explain why it happened and what it means for the campaign, rather than presenting numbers without interpretation.
- The candidate should also have solid SQL and spreadsheet fluency, familiarity with core media metrics (reach, frequency, CPM, CTR, VTR, conversions)
- Strong written communication skills.
- Prior exposure to AI powered analytics tools is a plus but not required.
- This role requires strong attention to detail and consistency under deadline, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and support ad hoc reporting requests from the broader team.
