Job Description:
- Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with 10+ years of experience in healthcare payer systems and business process management.
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with TriZetto FACETS Membership, Enrollment, and Billing.
- Analyze business requirements, system enhancements, regulatory mandates, and process optimization opportunities.
- Utilize advanced SQL skills for data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and BPM teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Support Agile projects, requirements documentation, UAT, defect management, and system modernization initiatives.
Must-have skills: FACETS, SQL, Jira, and Agile methodologies. Position is onsite in Seattle, Washington.
