Summary:
We are seeking a senior Business Systems Analyst with 10+ years of BA/BSA experience and 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS experience, specializing in Healthcare Payer Membership, Enrollment, Billing, and BPM/BPO operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and create functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings.
- Analyze FACETS Membership, Enrollment, Eligibility, and Billing workflows.
- Perform advanced SQL analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Support FACETS implementations, upgrades, regulatory changes, modernization, and UAT.
- Collaborate with business, technical, QA, and BPM teams to optimize processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of BA/BSA experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS experience.
- Strong Healthcare Payer and BPM/BPO domain knowledge.
- FACETS Membership, Enrollment, Eligibility, and Billing expertise.
