Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, and customer onboarding processes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries, joins, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
- Experience in data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Experience preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Knowledge of UAT and functional testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or a related field.
