This opportunity combines local market development, consultative sales, and relationship building. You’ll connect with business owners and decision-makers, understand their communication needs, and introduce relevant AT&T products and services.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys starting conversations, identifying opportunities, and turning professional relationships into business results.

  • Conduct in-person business outreach to introduce available AT&T solutions.
  • Build relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand each company’s connectivity needs, existing services, and business priorities.
  • Present relevant products and explain pricing, promotions, eligibility requirements, and service terms accurately.
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through follow-up and enrollment.
  • Maintain organized prospect records, sales activity, and customer documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve established sales and customer acquisition goals.

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with business professionals.
  • The ability to ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and explain solutions clearly.
  • Initiative, organization, and reliable follow-through.
  • Comfort initiating conversations, addressing objections, and working toward measurable goals.
  • A professional approach to representing the client and its AT&T campaign.
  • Full-time availability and the ability to travel locally within assigned territories.

Experience in business development, B2B sales, telecommunications, account management, retail sales, or customer service is helpful. Candidates with transferable customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.

The Opportunity

Build practical experience in prospecting, territory development, consultative selling, and sales pipeline management while helping local businesses evaluate telecommunications solutions.
