Business Analyst / Product Owner – Agentic AI & Automation

Must have 9+ years of experience:
We are seeking a Business Analyst/Product Owner with experience in AI-powered products, automation, and data-driven decision-making . The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technology teams, define product requirements, analyze data, and help deliver Agentic AI and Intelligent Automation solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create development-ready PRDs and manage product backlogs.
- Analyze customer and operational data to identify automation opportunities and business insights.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver AI-driven products and workflows.
- Build or support lightweight automations using SQL, Python, APIs, and AI-assisted tools .
- Define and optimize agentic AI workflows, integrations, human handoffs, and success metrics.
Required Qualifications
✔ Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in Agile environments.
✔ Strong experience with requirements gathering, PRDs, and stakeholder management .
✔ Hands-on SQL and data analysis expertise.
✔ Experience leveraging AI tools, automation, scripting, APIs, or workflow solutions .
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience with LLMs, Conversational AI, Agentic AI, or Intelligent Automation .
- Knowledge of Python, Power BI, workflow orchestration, and AI evaluation frameworks .
- Background in Digital Customer Experience or Customer Servicing Platforms .
