About the role
BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Orange County, California
- Provide clinical oversight for children and young adults with autism.
Position Overview:

Assessments, treatment planning, and oversight of behavior intervention programs.

Supervision and mentorship of behavior technicians and RBTs.

Collaboration with families, schools, and other providers.

Approximately clients and a minimum of 25 billable hours per week.

A primarily two-tier model: BCBA + BT/RBT.

Active BCBA certification required; previous BCBA experience preferred.
