Where you'll be working:
Location(s): Austell, GA
Setting: Clinic
Population Served: 18 months-12 years (average age is 5 years)
Year Opened: 2020
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
- Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for our staff and clients
- Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long-term
- Developing and leading other team members
- Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory / RFT
- May attend trainings or GABA or other conference
Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
- Caseload size: 8-10
- Billable hour expectations: 20-27
Compensation & Perks (real ones):
- Base salary: $90-95K
- Bonus structure: $4K-7K annually
- 401k w/ Company Match
- PTO: 10 days (increases annually)

- Paid Holidays: 8 days
- CEU support: $1,000 stipend + 3 days off for CEU travel
- Supervision/mentorship provided:
- 6-8 weeks of onboarding and training, including Peak Level 1 certification
- Mentorship and Leadership Coaching from well-known leaders in the ABA field
- Schedule flexibility / remote options: 2 remote days per month (24 days per year)
