A multi-doctor small animal practice outside Syracuse, New York, established more than 35 years ago, is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian.
The practice is about two-thirds dogs and one-third cats, with a strong focus on preventive care. A mobile internal medicine service visits weekly (ultrasound, endoscopy, rhinoscopy, cystoscopy), and the close-knit team is open to new service ideas.
Key Highlights:
- No weekends, holidays, on-call, or late stays
- Last appointment at 5:30pm
- 2:1 staff-to-doctor ratio with 5 licensed technicians
- Digital and dental radiographs, ultrasound, in-house lab, oxygen cages
- Soft tissue surgery, dentals, PRP, pain management, integrative medicine
- Path to partnership
About You:
- DVM or VMD from an accredited school
- Valid New York veterinary license, or eligible
- New grads or experienced doctors
- Enjoys surgery and dentistry
Benefits:
- $115,000 to $130,000 base plus 20% ProSal, no negative accrual
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
