Position Overview
FASCore is seeking an Associate Field Engineer to support industrial and advanced manufacturing projects across the United States. This position is designed for entry-level engineers and technical graduates who want hands-on field experience in electrical systems, HVAC systems, equipment installation, and industrial project execution. You will work closely with senior field engineers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Position Overview
FASCore is seeking an Associate Field Engineer to support industrial and advanced manufacturing projects across the United States. This position is designed for entry-level engineers and technical graduates who want hands-on field experience in electrical systems, HVAC systems, equipment installation, and industrial project execution. You will work closely with senior field engineers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical and HVAC installation: conduit routing, wiring, equipment connections, mechanical assembly, and equipment setup.
- Support equipment installation, startup, testing, and commissioning under senior field engineers.
- Review installation quality, equipment conditions, labeling, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical, HVAC, and equipment issues.
- Prepare installation photos, daily reports, test records, and commissioning notes.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
- Learn and apply NEC, OSHA safety standards, and company procedures, including LOTO and PPE.
- Associate degree or technical diploma in Electrical Technology, HVAC Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, HVAC fundamentals, and technical drawings.
- Strong willingness to learn; good communication and teamwork.
- Proficient in English; bilingual English and Chinese preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willing to travel extensively in the U.S. and accept project assignments of several weeks or months.
