Counter Service AssociateA family owned business, established in the Washington, DC Metro area since the 1930's, seeks a Counter Service Associate to join their growing team in Sterling, VA. Our client is one of the nations leading sellers of appliance parts.Location: Upper Marlboro, MDPay: $19.00 / HourSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30PMJob Responsibilities: Counter Service AssociatesPromote and sell our products to meet our customer needsProcess customer orders and incoming inventoryStock, Pick, Ship customer orders while adhering to all safety proceduresJob Requirements: Counter Service AssociatesAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and move up to 250 lbs utilizing our warehouse equipmentPrior warehouse experience a MUSTA High School DiplomaAbility to accurately read and process part numbersAbility to work Saturdays as scheduledSome experience and understanding of the sales processCustomer Service experienceComputer/key board skills and some proficiency in the use of MS Office (Word & Excel)Outstanding verbal and written communication skillsExceptional interpersonal and listening skillsOnce converted to our client's payroll, you will be eligible for:Health and Dental Insurance401KLife InsuranceLong Term DisabilitySection 125 Cafeteria Plan - Pay FlexHoliday PayLeave PayEducational benefits for approved classes and an employee discount on purchases.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
