Uraian Pekerjaan
Area Coordinator adalah perpanjangan tangan manajemen di lapangan. Tiga fungsi utamanya:
• Monitoring: memantau performa penjualan, stok, kas, tim, dan pelanggan di setiap toko binaan
• Auditing: memastikan angka dan proses di toko benar serta sesuai standar perusahaan
• Evaluating: mencari akar masalah dan menindaklanjutinya, bukan sekadar melaporkan
Keberhasilan diukur dari pencapaian target toko binaan, kualitas kepemimpinan terhadap tim toko, kedisiplinan, dan kepuasan pelanggan.
Kualifikasi
• Minimal 2 tahun mengelola lebih dari satu toko, atau 3 tahun sebagai Store Leader retail
• Nyaman bekerja dengan data dan angka, bukan hanya laporan naratif
• Kuat menyelesaikan masalah di lapangan dan membina tim toko
• Memiliki SIM dan kendaraan sendiri, siap mobilitas tinggi antar toko
• Pengalaman di kategori gadget atau elektronik menjadi nilai tambah
