Assist senior staff and team members with day-to-day tasks and operations.
Learn and follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
Support technical, administrative, or operational activities as assigned.
Participate in practical training and on-the-job learning.
Maintain accurate records and complete assigned documentation.
Use tools, equipment, and systems responsibly and safely.
Work effectively as part of a team and communicate professionally.
Complete assigned tasks within required timelines.
Take feedback from supervisors and continuously improve skills and performance.
