Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-Hour Shifts + 8 Hours Saturday
Job Description
TradeWise Staffing Group is actively hiring experienced Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians for a large-scale industrial construction project in Cleburne, TX.
We are seeking dependable, skilled electricians with a strong background in conduit installation, wire pulling, electrical terminations, and blueprint reading.
This is a long-term opportunity offering competitive pay, consistent overtime opportunities, and approximately 10 months of projected work.
Available Positions
Apprentice Electricians – $28.00/hr
- Assist with conduit installations, wire pulling, and electrical assemblies.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Perform electrical installations under the supervision of Journeymen and Foremen.
- Assist with equipment installations and electrical system components.
- Follow jobsite safety procedures and maintain productivity.
Journeyman Electricians – $35.00/hr
- Independently perform conduit installations, wire pulling, terminations, and panel work.
- Interpret electrical blueprints and project specifications.
- Coordinate and direct electrical work within assigned crews.
- Provide guidance and supervision to Apprentice Electricians.
- Ensure installations meet applicable electrical codes and safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- OSHA 10 Certification.
- MEWP Group A+B Certification (Scissor & Boom Lift).
- Ability to complete E-Verify requirements.
- Ability to read and follow electrical drawings.
- Must be comfortable working from aerial lifts.
- Basic electrical hand tools required.
- Basic jobsite PPE required.
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite.
Safety harnesses will be provided by TradeWise.
Compensation & Schedule
- Apprentice Electricians: $28/hr
- Journeyman Electricians: $35/hr
- Up to 58 scheduled hours weekly, including overtime, subject to project needs.
- Approximately 10 months of projected work.
- Weekly pay.
