About the role
Immediate need for a talented AI & Financial Engineering Developer. This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in McLean, VA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $80 - $85/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement APIs and AI applications that enhance financial services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize software solutions.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python, C, and Scala to drive innovation.
- Engage with large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI development to push the boundaries of technology in finance.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 7+ years of software development experience, including experience with API development and AI application development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, and Scala.
- 1-3 years of financial industry experience is preferred, with exposure to large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI development being a strong plus.
- A degree is preferred but not required.
