About the role
Accounting Analyst | Skokie, IL (On-site)
We're looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our growing Finance team supporting a global leader in the automotive aftermarket industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys problem-solving, continuous learning, and working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Review Balance Sheet and P&L accounts.
- Support financial reporting and variance analysis.
- Work with SAP and OneStream to analyze and reconcile financial information.
- Assist with audit requests and compliance activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience.
- Public Accounting experience is highly preferred.
- CPA certification or active CPA candidate is a strong plus.
- Experience with SAP (required/preferred).
- Experience with OneStream is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Professional English communication skills.
