About the role
We are seeking an experienced Client Account & Full Package Production Manager to manage multiple client accounts and oversee custom apparel programs from blank selection through final delivery.
You will coordinate the full package process: manage client blank apparel selections, send garments for dyeing, route finished blanks to our sister facility for screen printing, embroidery, DTG, or DTF, and ensure completed products are delivered to the correct location. You will also keep clients updated throughout every stage of production.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts and blank apparel orders.
- Coordinate blanks, garment dyeing, decoration, quality checks, and final shipping.
- Read and interpret tech packs, artwork specs, garment details, and decoration instructions.
- Track production timelines, approvals, inventory, and delivery schedules.
- Communicate order status and production updates clearly with clients.
- Work closely with dye houses, production facilities, warehouses, and shipping partners.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, DTG/DTF, promotional products, or apparel production.
- Strong understanding of full package production and garment dyeing workflows.
- Ability to read tech packs and understand print/embroidery specifications.
- Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, DTG, and/or DTF processes.
- Basic skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with embroidery services, digitizing, or embroidery production.
- Familiarity with wholesale blanks, fulfillment logistics, or multi-facility production.
